I’ve been a seeker my entire adult life — curious about what lies beneath the surface of our everyday experiences and what connects us all at a deeper level.

Over the years, that seeking has led me down many paths, each one peeling back another layer of understanding about energy, healing, human spirit, and the human experience.

Helping others has always been a natural instinct for me. Whether through teaching, listening, or simply holding space, I’ve found my greatest fulfillment in seeing others discover and come back home to themselves — to their own light and inner balance.

Serving Reiki and shamanic journeying are ways I listen, connect, and help facilitate healing and spiritual growth on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

As a Reiki practitioner, I serve as a channel for gentle yet powerful life-force energy to help balance and restore the body, mind, and spirit. Through Shamanic practices, I serve as a bridge bewteen the seen and unseen to bring guidance, insight, and soul-level healing that supports clarity and wholeness.. These practices remind me how sacred and interconnected Life truly is. I’m continuously reminded that energy, love, and Spirit move through all things.

Serving others in these ways fuels me, humbles me, and continues to expand my own awareness of what it means to live in harmony with Spirit and with purpose.
